Association Management

The Oaks of Fontenlle Condominium Association is a self-managed property. This means that the Association elected Board oversees all aspects of maintaining the grounds outside the 4 foot of individual units.

This includes the 2 in-ground swimming pools, equipment pool houses, lawn care, in-ground sprinkler systems, asphalt roadways, snow removal, tree removal, trimming and planting, security lights, signage and taxes.

The Board meets monthly in a public forum and Association members are welcome to attend. An annual meeting of the Association is held the 2nd Tuesday of October as directed by Association Bylaws.
