The Oaks of Fontenelle is a community of 23 stand-alone, cedar shingle villas in Bellevue, Nebraska.  Built in 1977 and situated in Fontenelle Hills close to Wakonda Boy Scout Camp and Fontenelle Forest, the property is nestled in a beautiful, natural environment.  The 7.2 acre property is alive with verdant trees, shrubs and flowers and home to deer, wild turkey and a variety of birds.   Ammenities include two swimming pools, landscaping and snow removal.

Our community is close to Offutt Air Force Base, elementary, middle and high schools, the Bellevue library, Fontenelle Hills Golf Course, Kramer and Haworth parks, Jewell Dog Park, the Lied Activity Center and many shopping and dining opportunities. We're also just a short drive to downtown Omaha.

Every owner of record in The Oaks of Fontenelle is a member of the Homeowners Association. The Association exists to maintain the community common areas providing services such as street maintenance and landscaping, and to protect property values.  The Association Board is made up of homeowner volunteers with annual elections every October.
